Registration Flow For UNIFI |
|
1. | Customer have to download and print out the application form from Download Tabs as printed copy is accepted by TM. |
|
2. | UNIFI APPLICATION FORM - RESIDENTIAL is solely for personal package whereas UNIFI APPLICATION FORM - BUSINESS is solely for business package, please do not mix up with both forms. |
|
3. | After approaching customer, please get customer's address to check for UNIFI coverage. To check UNIFI coverage, please click Check UNIFI Coverage. |
|
4. | After filling up all information, required to upload all supporting documents. |
|
5. | Supporting documents required for personal package:
- Application form with customer signature (Printed copy or original copy)
- A clear photocopy IC of customer for Malaysian or a clear photocopy passport of customer for foreigner (Passport expiry date must not be less than 2 years from registration date)

7. | We will process your order only if we receive all supporting documents. |
|
8. | Your order will be rejected if you fail to provide all supporting documents. |
|
9. | Once your order has been processed into TM portal, order status will be updated. If you do not understand the status, kindly refer to STATUS REMARK or contact your manager. |
|
10. | For order that is out of UNIFI coverage area, you have to wait for TM to release the port. However, you may also create a new customer order in Tagter.com but we will update the status to "NO COVERAGE". It is your responsibility to check the coverage from time to time and inform us once the port is ready. |

|
UNIFI INSTALLATION |
|
1. | Installation appointment date would normally be 2 to 4 weeks after registration. However, when we process your UNIFI order into TM portal, we will select the earliest installation date for your customer. Please inform your customers about the following rules:
- For landed properties such as double storey, semi-D, bungalow and others, installation is allowed to be done on any day includes weekend.
- For high rise building with management team such as condo and apartment, installation is only allowed to be done on weekday as most building management team are closed on weekend.

2. | Installation appointment date will be known right after UNIFI registration. A confirmation slip will be sent to you and the installation appointment date is written there. You have to inform your customer about the appointment date. |

3. | Contractor will normally call your customer to confirm the appointment date 2 or 3 days before. Please remind your customer to answer phone call within these period even though the caller is an unknown number. Contractor might be using unknown number to reach your customer. |

4. | If you want to re-arrange your appointment, kindly contact TM Unifi Center (1-300-88-1221). |
|
5. | Standard installation of RM200 (15 meters of fibre optic cable) is waived until further notice. Additional charges will be implied if the fiber optic cabling exceeds 15 meters. It normally happens on landed properties. Your customer has to deal with the contractor personally. |

6. | Please inform your customer that deferment of Unifi installation within 48 hours before the appointment date will lead to a penalty of RM200. |
